Been in an accident?

You'll need to report it to Direct Line Motability (DLM).

Register your claim online

Sign in to your Motability Scheme online account and go to 'Insurance'. Then visit the DLM insurance portal and choose 'Claims'.

You can also track the progress of your claim in the DLM portal once it's raised.
