New Product Payment

This is a one-off £100 payment to help you get a brand-new scooter or powered wheelchair on the Scheme. It's available for new customers until 3 January 2025.

It’s called a New Vehicle Payment for cars and Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles).

This is not your End of Contract Payment. That's a payment you get when you reach the end of your lease. Your New Product Payment will not affect whether you’re eligible for an End of Contract Payment or how much you’ll receive.

Am I eligible for the New Product Payment?

You’ll receive this payment when you get your new product, if you order it by 3 January 2025.

This was due to end on 31 December 2024, but we've extended it for a few days to give you chance to order if your dealer is closed over the festive period.


If you're already on the Scheme and have not had your New Product Payment yet, you'll get it whenever you get your next scooter or powered wheelchair.

  • Go to ‘Personal details’ in your online account
  • Choose ‘Payments by bank transfer' to add your details

Or please check your details are still correct. You can easily update them in your online account if they've changed.

We usually pay this within a few weeks of you getting your new product.
