Can I report someone for misusing their vehicle?

We take misuse of the Motability Scheme very seriously. We rely on the general public, customers, police, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and others to help us stop it.

We carefully assess every report of misuse and, if it’s proven, we act upon it.

Because of data protection laws, we cannot share any action we might take against an individual with you, but that does not mean we’re not acting.
