Can I use a three-pin charging cable?
Three-pin and extension charging cables might be OK to use in an emergency or as a last resort, but there’s a chance they might cause a fire or damage your electrics if you use them regularly.
We will not pay towards you getting a three-pin or extension cable.
We cannot accept liability for any damage caused by you using a three-pin or extension cable, and some insurance companies will not cover costs related to this damage.
