You’ll need to tell them you’re a Motability Scheme customer and show your Certificate of Motor Insurance.

Most windscreen damage can be fixed if you get it checked as soon as you notice it.

The cost of repairing a windscreen is included in your lease. You'll need to pay an excess payment of £50 to replace a windscreen.
