How long repairs take can vary, so it’s best to speak to the repairer directly.

If your car is still drivable

Repairs can happen when it best suits you.

If your car is not drivable

The RAC will take it to a recommended repairer.

Remember to contact Direct Line Motability (DLM) to register a claim. You can do this online in the 'Insurance' section of your Motability Scheme online account, or you can call 0300 037 3737 .
