WAV stands for Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle. This means you can travel in the vehicle while seat in your wheelchair

When will you receive my first lease payment?

We'll do everything for you, so you do not need to worry.

Your payments will start once you get your Motability Scheme vehicle.

We’ll receive these straight from your allowance provider, to make paying simple.

If your vehicle needs an Advance Payment, you’ll need to pay this in full to your dealer, either before or on the day you get your new vehicle.

Paying a deposit

Sometimes your dealer might ask you to pay this when you’re ordering. It will be deducted from your Advance Payment when you get your new vehicle.

If your dealer calls to ask for a deposit, please confirm who you're speaking to before you give any payment information. If you're in any doubt, end the call and contact your dealer directly.
