Fines and seizures

If you’ve been given a fine or your vehicle has been seized, here’s what to do.

If you get a fine

It's in your terms with us that you’ll need to pay any parking or traffic fines.

If you want to challenge the fine, follow the guidelines on the fine notice.

If your vehicle has been removed or towed away, contact our customer services team on 0300 456 4566 or speak to us using web messenger.

We’ll look at each case on an individual basis.

Do I need to pay for fines and seizures?

You need to pay for any parking or traffic fines you get as part of your lease terms.

Can I get a Blue Badge?

Blue Badges are given out by your local authority.

Do I have to pay the congestion charge?

You do not have to pay the Congestion Charge if you have a disabled class tax on your vehicle.

Does my vehicle meet the ULEZ criteria and will I have to pay the charge?

You might not need to pay the ULEZ charge until 24 or 25 October 2027, but this depends on your circumstances.
