Adaptations installer
Your installer can talk to you about adaptations and help you choose what’s right for you.
Your installer will ask you questions about your needs right now and if they might change in the future.
This helps them give you the best advice about which adaptations are suitable for you, during your lease.
This is just to confirm they’ve talked to you about your needs, and that you’re happy and can use the adaptations safely.
Please ask your installer for a copy. You can take this with you to the dealer, as it’ll help you choose a vehicle.
You can see adaptations prices, but we recommend you get advice from an adaptations installer before you decide.
It's important you find out which adaptations you need, before you choose a vehicle. As not all adaptations fit all vehicles.
Your installer will listen to what you can afford and match this to your adaptation needs, then recommend the right vehicle for you.
They’ll also check the adaptations you chose work with your new vehicle.
They’ll show you how to use the adaptations you need, free of charge.
When you’re ready, they’ll order your adaptations for you. And manage any order updates if your needs change.
Your installer will work with your dealer to make sure your new adaptations are installed.
They’ll collect your new vehicle so they can install your adaptations. Or they’ll fit them on site.
You’ll get the chance to familiarise yourself with your new adaptations too, and ask any questions.
If your needs change or you think you need something different, your installer can help you make that decision. They’ll give you information about what might be more suitable for you.
Share your licence code with your installer, if you have one. You might have a code because you legally need certain adaptations to drive.

Adaptations installers and vehicle dealers work together to help you find the right vehicle and adaptations. It's important for you to know what they each do and how the service they give is different.
