Get your scooter or powered wheelchair

When you place your order, your dealer will help you every step of the way until your scooter or powered wheelchair is delivered. 

When the big day arrives

After your dealer places your order, they’ll let you know when your scooter or powered wheelchair will be delivered. When your product gets delivered, your dealer will demonstrate how to use it. They’ll also show you how to charge your product.

Final checks

  • Test drive your scooter or powered wheelchair. This is to make sure you feel confident using it so you can get the most out of your product
  • Give your dealer your PIN. They’ll enter your PIN into the Scheme’s system to confirm that you accept your Contact Hire Terms and Conditions
  • Once your lease agreement is live, we’ll send you a copy of your Lease Agreement within three days
